Originally from Oregon, my professional experience includes seven years in New Mexico working with children and families, and more recently six years in New York City working with adults from diverse cultures, gender expressions and sexual orientations.Because I believe that therapy is not “one size fits all,” I tailor sessions to meet each client’s needs.
I work from an intersectional lens and am thoughtful of the ways that race, class, gender, and sexuality inform a person's unique lived experience. I take an eclectic approach to therapy utilizing psychodynamic, Positive Psychology, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and body psychotherapy.
